Daniel is a Registered Clinical Psychologist from Argentina. He is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, Faculty of Psychology. It is a rigorous program, and after 6 years of University, Daniel practiced for several years in private practice at the Italian Hospital, specializing in Family Therapy. When he moved to Canada with his family over 30 years ago, Daniel developed a successful importing business during which time he gained significant financial and negotiating expertise.
His first love, however, has always been Clinical Psychology and helping families. He studied at the Justice Institute of British Columbia in 2012 and became a CERTIFIED FAMILY MEDIATOR then in 2019 he become a CERTIFIED COMPREHENSIVE FAMILY MEDIATOR by FAMILY MEDIATION CANADA.
A small percentage of mediator, obtain the comprehensive certification, this means Daniel can take of all the financials aspects of the divorce.
He is one of the few exceptionally qualified Family Mediators with a background in Clinical Psychology in the Okanagan Region. Daniel believes it is time to change the way that we approach conflicts, surrounding himself with a group of like-minded legal professionals who are collaborative in their approach, lawyers,accountants , financial planners, brokers etc.
Daniel is married with two grown children, and 2 grand kids, on son in BC and a daughter in Toronto. When he is not busy mediating a separation agreement he can be seen cruising around town on his beloved Vespa or playing his tenor saxophone.
